Viewing What's new

You can view What's new for all documents or only the documents that meet the criteria of saved filter sets.

To view changes for all documents:

  1. In the workspace for which you want to view new changes, click the What's new view tab at the top of the page. The What's new view shows a document list that meets the active Filter settings.
  2. Click All changes. The view refreshes to show the changes to all documents that meet the selected Filter options.
  3. To change the view's filters:
    1. Next to Filter, click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Option Description

Status

Select a document Status value to show in the view.

Type

Select a document Type value to show in the view.

Relevance

Select a document Relevance value to show in the view.

Scope

Select which folders to show document changes for in the view. To see the view for a different folder, select the folder in the navigation pane.

Changes done

Select an option to limit the changes shown in the view. This is the only option for which your selection is saved.

  1. To add more property criteria to the filter, click . A new row of fields appears. Select a property name and a condition from the lists and type a value in the text box. To remove a property criteria, click .
  2. Click the Filter button on the right edge of the page. The view refreshes to show the changes that meet the selected Filter options.

To view changes for only those documents that meet the criteria of saved filter sets:

  1. In the workspace for which you want to view new changes, click the What's new view tab in the top pane. The What's new view shows a document list that meets the default Filter settings.
  2. Click Subscriptions. The view refreshes to show the changes to those documents that meet the criteria of all saved filter sets.
  3. To change the view's filters:
  1. Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Filter

Select All subscriptions to show the changes to those documents that meet the criteria of all saved filter sets or select a filter set name.

Changes done

Select an option to limit the changes shown in the view.

  1. Click the Filter button on the right edge of the page. The view refreshes to show the changes that meet the selected filter options.
